Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Unibic cookies 10-12 nos

  • Melted Butter 1 tbsp

  • Cinnamon cardamon cloves mix spice powder 1/2 tsp

  • Vanilla Custard Powder 70 gms

  • Milk 500 ml

  • Strawberry jelly powder 85 gms

  • Water 400 ml

  • Almond and pistachios slivers 1 tbsp

Directions

    Crush Unibic biscuits using rolling pin

  • 02

    Add melted butter and spice powder and mix nicely.

  • 03

    Take a tablespoon of crumbs or more and press flat in desirable glasses

  • 04

    Chill in refrigerator for two hours

  • 05

    Meanwhile bring milk to near boiling point.

  • 06

    Add custard powder to the milk and stir continuously

    Let it boil for two minutes

    Let the custard cool and pour it to 1-inch layer over the biscuit crumbs layer in the glasses

    Return the glasses to the fridge till custard is set.

    In the meanwhile boil 200 ml water.

    Add the jelly contents to the boiling water stirring constantly.

    Now add the remaining 200 ml cold water to the above.

    Let jelly cool but not set.

  • 14

    Takeout the dessert glasses from fridge and add the third layer of jelly and put back glasses into the fridge.

    When jelly just starts setting garnish with almonds,and pistachios slivers.

    Cool and enjoy.
