Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cups

  • Sugar/Powder Sugar 1 cups

  • Melted Butter 1 cups

  • 2 Eggs

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Greted carrot(half boiled), and carrot(half boiled)paste,each 1 cups

  • Fat milk 1 cups

  • Sugar,as required 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Crushed cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Salt(for the over heat pressur) 1 cups

  • Whipped Cream 1 cups

Directions

    whisk the butter and sugar.add the eggs,baking powder the flour mix to get a creamy batter.add carrot paste and vanilla essence.

    add milk in this batter slowly slowly mix it well.

    Put the batter in the oil greased baking pan.pour the mixture in the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.

    Carrot Halwa Directions:- In a pan heat ghee add greated carrot and crushed cardamom.add sugar saute the halwa.add fat milk.add pinch of salt stir well and cooked for 3/4mins.

    Decoration- cover the cake with whipped cream.and frosting with Carrot Halwa and using a whipped cream nozzle piping bag.now cake is ready.
