Ingredients
Serves 6
Whole Wheat Flour 2 cups
Powder Sugar 1 1/4 cups
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Chocolate Essence 2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
sALT 1 pinch
Melted Butter 3/4 cups
Milk 1 cups
Beaten Eggs 2 nos
Directions
In a mixing bowl take , beaten eggs, chocolate essence, butter and milk , in one direction
Beat this till frothy and very light
By the time ,keep oven for preheating on 200 degrees for 10 minutes
Sift , whole wheat flour, cocco powder, baking powder and baking soda and powder suagr , at least 3 to 4 times , to create aeration
Now, gradually start mixing both dry and wet mixture in small quantities , in cut and fold method
Grease muffins moulds with little butter and dust with dry flour and remove excess flour
Pour ready muffin batter in greased moulds till 3/4th level
Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes
