In a mixing bowl , take milk, oil and essence and beat till froathy
Now sift All purpose flour, baking soda, coffee powder, powder sugar and cocco powder , atleast 2 to 3 times ( to develop aeration )
Now gradually mix dry sifted material in milk mixture in small quantities in cut and fold method
Like this mix both mixture in a homogeneous batter lightly
Grease muffins / cup cakes mould with little oil or butter
Pour ready batter in greased moulds till 3/4 th level
By the time, Preheat microwave oven for 5 minutes
Now microwave ready moulds on highest temperature for 8 to 10 minutes
Allow them to cool inside oven and enjoy yummy Chocolicious cup cakes
