Maida 3 cups
Sugar Powder 1 1/2 cups
Oil or Butter 1 1/2 cups
Curd 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder 3 tsp
Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract 4-5 drop
Milk 1 cups
Kiwi Puree 1/2 cups
Strawberry Puree 1/2 cups
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
Whipped Cream 1 litre
Beetroot juice or 1 pinch red colour 1/2 cups
Chopped kiwi, strawberry 1 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Sugar Powder 1 tbsp
Red Cherry 1 tbsp
First of all take a bowl add curd , baking powder, baking soda mix well and rest for 1 min.
Now take another bowl add maida, sugar,oil, vanilla extract ,milk and mix well.
Now add curd mixture into the maida mixture and mix it well.
Now batter devied in three parts.
Add kiwi puree in first part.
Add strawberry puree in second part.
And add Coco powder in third part.
Now grease heart shape cake mould with oil.
Add first batter into the mould.
And bake it in preheated microwave for 4min form combination mode.
Same way baked two more parts of cake.
We have three cakes in different flavours.
Left out the cake on wire rack for cooling.
Now beat chilled whipped cream with electric wisker beacome puffy.
After puffy cream devied in two part, add red colour or beetroot juice 2 tabs in 1 part for pink colour.
Now fill cream in piping bag with star nozzle.
Now take first part of cake cover with cream.
Then put another part of cake also cover with cream.
And take third part of cake put on cake and also cover it with cream.
Give Clean look the cake with decoration knife.
Decorat the cake with piping bag like pic.
Put top of cake some chopped kiwi and strawberry.
Now take a bowl add milk powder,suger and beetroot juice (for red colour).
Make a tight dough.
Now make two heart with Dough.
And set the heart top corner of the cake help with toothpick.
Make eyes and nose on heart with cheery.
And ready heart cake sreve it cool cool.
