Ingredients

  • Maida 1 1/4 cups

  • Corn Flour 1/4 cups

  • Butter 2/3 cups

  • Brown Sugar 2/3 cups

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • orange juice 1/4 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp

  • Soaked Fruits 2/3 cups

Directions

    Preheat the oven for 15 mins in 200 degree Celsius

    Grease a baking pan and line it with a butter paper

    In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients except sugar and shift it twice

  • 04

    Bring room temperatured butter. If its cold one don't worry , grate it with a grater

    In another mixing bowl add butter and sugar and beat properly up to fluffy.

    Then add 1 egg and beat up to well Incorporated.

    Now add another one and beat again.

    When done add vanilla extract and mix again .

    Now add soaked fruits to it and mix.

    Now its time to fold dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients in two batches and also orange juice. Add alternatively and mix well

    Now pour the mixture to the Already lined baking pan. Tap on the platform twice

    Now bake the bske for 35 mins in 180 degree Celsius

  • 13

    It may take more time as the oven temperature may differ

  • 14

    Bake ths up to the tooth pick comes out clean.
