Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Powder Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1/4 cups

  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Tutti Frutti 1/4 cups

  • Milk 3/4 cups

  • Orange Essence 1/2 tsp

  • Melon Seeds 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    in a bowl sieve wheat flour, baking powder and soda

  • 02

    in another bowl add ghee, powder sugar, salt and beat until fluffy

  • 03

    add essence, dry mixture and milk

  • 04

    mix well and make a smooth batter

  • 05

    add tutti frutti and mix again

  • 06

    now pour the batter to a greased baking tin

  • 07

    sprinkle some tutti frutti and melon seeds on the top

  • 08

    place the tin in preheated oven and bake at 180c for 35 minutes
