Ingredients

Serves 6

  • All Purpose Flour 1 cups

  • Granulated Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Milk Powder 3 tbsp

  • Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp

  • Cream 1/3 cups

  • Curd 1/3 cups

  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

  • Warm Milk 1/2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    sift flour, milk powder, baking powder, soda, cocoa powder and salt together

  • 02

    in a bowl, beat curd, sugar and essence till sugar dissolve

  • 03

    add cream and beat again

  • 04

    add the dry mixture and milk alternatively and mix properly

  • 05

    prepare a smooth batter

  • 06

    pour the batter to a greased baking tin and bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes

  • 07

    once done, remove from the oven and cool on wire rack

  • 08

    garnish with powder sugar and serve
