Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 3 tbsp milk powder


  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/3 cups cream


  • 1/3 cups curd


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cups warm milk

Directions

  • sift flour, milk powder, baking powder, soda, cocoa powder and salt together
  • in a bowl, beat curd, sugar and essence till sugar dissolve
  • add cream and beat again
  • add the dry mixture and milk alternatively and mix properly
  • prepare a smooth batter
  • pour the batter to a greased baking tin and bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes
  • once done, remove from the oven and cool on wire rack
  • garnish with powder sugar and serve
