Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour bread baking pan.
In a bowl mix flour, lemon zest and salt.
In another bowl, grasp the butter and 200g sugar with a mixer until blooming
Add eggs, one by one, juice of 1/2 lemon and vanilla extract.
To the wet mixture add flour mixture and yoghurt.
Pour the mixture into baking pan and bake for 30-40min. When the cake is ready, allow to cool completely in the pan.
During the time, prepare the syrup. Put together 2 tbsp. sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon on the stove.
Stir until the sugar is melted. Set aside to cool.
Finally, prepare the glaze by mix 2 tbsp. lemon juice with the powdered sugar and milk until a white glaze. Dizzle the cake with the glaze and decorate with additional lemon.
