Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 90 gms flour


  • 90 gms caster sugar


  • 90 gms melted butter


  • 375 gms milk


  • 3 nos egg yolks


  • 3 nos egg whites


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp cold water


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tbsp icing sugar for dusting on cake

Directions

  • Preheat Oven at 150 degree for 15 minutes
  • Grease an 8 inch cake tin amd line up with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl take egg yolk and cold water and Whisk well.
  • Add sugar and whisk well.
  • Add melted butter and mix.
  • Add flour and Vanilla Essence and mix well.
  • Add milk and make a smooth flowing better.
  • In a separate bowl take egg whites and whisk till stiff peakes form.
  • Now add egg white mixture in to the cake better and fold with very light hands so that air of egg whites doesn't loose.
  • Now pour the cake better in ready cake tin.
  • Bake at 150 degree for 70 minutes or till top of the cake turns golden brown.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Dust some icing sugar top with a cherry.
  • Serve chilled.
