Preheat Oven at 150 degree for 15 minutes
Grease an 8 inch cake tin amd line up with parchment paper.
In a bowl take egg yolk and cold water and Whisk well.
Add sugar and whisk well.
Add melted butter and mix.
Add flour and Vanilla Essence and mix well.
Add milk and make a smooth flowing better.
In a separate bowl take egg whites and whisk till stiff peakes form.
Now add egg white mixture in to the cake better and fold with very light hands so that air of egg whites doesn't loose.
Now pour the cake better in ready cake tin.
Bake at 150 degree for 70 minutes or till top of the cake turns golden brown.
Let it cool completely.
Dust some icing sugar top with a cherry.
Serve chilled.
