Ingredients

  • APF / Maida 1-1/2 cups

  • White Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Butter 6 tbsp

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • Milk 3/4 cups

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • For Filling and Topping:Chopped Walnuts 1/3 cups

  • tea masala 2 tsp

  • Brown Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Maida 2 tbsp

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Directions

    First Preheat the Oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes

    In a Separate Bowl Sieve Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt thrice and keep aside.

    In another Bowl take Butter And Sugar and whisk till light and fluffy.

    Add Vanilla Essence and mix.

    Add Eggs one at a time and Whisk well.

    Gradually add Milk and the flour Mixture in 2-3 Batches and make a Smooth Better.

    In a bowl add all the ingredients of Topping and filling.

    Pour half of the cake better in Greased cake tin.

  • 09

    Sprinkle half of the filling Mixture.

  • 10

    Pour rest of the cake better.

  • 11

    Cover with rest of the topping Mixture.

  • 12

    Tap several times to avoid air lumps.

  • 13

    Bake at 180 degree for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.

  • 14

    Cool it down Completely and serve.
