Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1-1/2 cups apf / maida


  • 1/2 cups white sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 6 tbsp butter


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 3/4 cups milk


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/3 cups for filling and topping:chopped walnuts


  • 2 tsp tea masala


  • 3 tbsp brown sugar


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • First Preheat the Oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
  • In a Separate Bowl Sieve Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt thrice and keep aside.
  • In another Bowl take Butter And Sugar and whisk till light and fluffy.
  • Add Vanilla Essence and mix.
  • Add Eggs one at a time and Whisk well.
  • Gradually add Milk and the flour Mixture in 2-3 Batches and make a Smooth Better.
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients of Topping and filling.
  • Pour half of the cake better in Greased cake tin.
  • Sprinkle half of the filling Mixture.
  • Pour rest of the cake better.
  • Cover with rest of the topping Mixture.
  • Tap several times to avoid air lumps.
  • Bake at 180 degree for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • Cool it down Completely and serve.
