Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 250 gms egg less sponge: flour


  • 2 tbsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 400 gms condensed milk


  • 100 gms butter melted


  • 175 ml water


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 3 ml vanilla essence


  • 250 ml sugar syrup


  • 500 gms whipped cream


  • 500 gms mix fresh fruits ( chopped)


  • 1/2 cups whole fruits ( for garnish) as required


  • 100 gms sugar ( whipped cream )

Directions

  • Grease the cake mould.
  • Preheat oven 160 degree.
  • Mix baking powder,baking soda,flour,sieve together twice.
  • Milkmaid, unsalted butter,vanilla extract ,add water into the mixing bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Beat the wire whisk untill the mixture come together and there are no lumps.
  • Bake 50-55 minutes.
  • keep it a side allowed to cool .
  • whipped cream with sugar.
  • keep refrigerated till required.
  • Slice the sponge into 2 layers.
  • Sprinkle sugar Syrup sandwich together whipped cream and mix fruits ( chopped)
  • Cover the top with whipped cream.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits .
  • Chilled at least 2 hrs.
