Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 100 gms unsalted butter


  • 225 gms milkmaid


  • 150 gms refined flour


  • 4 gms baking powder


  • 20 gms cocoa powder


  • 10 gms baking soda


  • 50 gms dark chocolate


  • 200 ml milk


  • 5 ml vanilla essence


  • 150 gms dark chocolate(foe ganache)


  • 75 gms fresh cream(for ganache)


  • 50 nos cadbury gems(for garnish)

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients well
  • Add Butter Milk And Condensed Milk
  • Stir All Well With A Fork.
  • Add Chocolate Pieces And Milk It Evenly ,Add Vanilla Essence.
  • Bake At 180 Degree For 12-15 Minutes. . For Chocolate Ganache (A) Put The Cream In A Sauce Pan And Bring Into A Boil. (B) Add Chocolate And Mix Well Using A Whisk Till It Resembles A Smooth Sauce.Remove From The Fire.
  • Piping With Ganache On Cup Cakes.
  • Garnish With Cadbury Gems.
