Ingredients

  • 40 nos parle g glucose biscuits
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp choco chips/butterscotch for garnishing
  • 1 cups milk
  • 1 nos eno blue packet

Directions

  • Blend the biscuits in a mixer
  • Make batter of medium consistency with little milk
  • Add powdered sugar and mix again
  • Add eno in it
  • Transfer it to microwave safe bowl
  • Prepare the cake by microwaving it on high for 10 minutes
  • Check after 5minutes
  • Add Choco chips butterscotch over the cake
