Preheat the oven at 180°c in convention mode for 10 mins
Grease the cake tin with butter & sprinkle maida over it & place butter paper at the bottom of the pan
In a bowl stif maida, baking powder & baking soda
Take another bowl add in oil, curd, sugar powder & vanilla essence.Mix well until smooth
Add stiffed dry ingredients with the wet ingredients & combine well
Lastly add bit by bit warm milk & mix well until the cake batter becomes smoothy batter
Transfer the cake batter to the cake tin
Bake for about 25-30 mins
Check with a tooth pick, once it comes out clean remove the tin from the oven
Let the cake get cool
Once the cake becomes cool slice the cake into two
On one portion apply generous amount of whipped cream all over the cake
Then sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top of the whipped cream
Put the other portion of cake on the other
Again put whipped cream in the middle & make heart shape
Cover the cake with chocolate syrup or Choco spread
And sprinkle white Choco chips
Decorate heart shape with banana slices in the middle of the cake
Cut the cake to ur desired shape & enjoy
Note: Using dry fruits in the cake gives extra taste while eating & good for health too
Once decorating is finished keep the cake inside the fridge
Adding banana on top the cake gives different taste
