Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Semolina 1/2 cups

  • Baking Soda 1 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1 tbsp

  • Malai 1 cups

  • Sugar,Powdered 1 cups

  • Milk 230 ml

  • Chopped Almonds and Cashews 1/2 cups

  • Tutti Frutti 4 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Directions

    Sieve the wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder and keep aside.

    In a bowl add malai, sugar, milk, vanilla essence mix well.

    Now mix flour in it.

    Grease the mould with butter.

    Pour the batter in mould.

    Bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes sprinkle some tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits in it.

    Again bake for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes again sprinkle left over tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits.

    Now again bake it for 15 minutes.

    Now check it with toothpick.

    Our dry fruit loaf cake is ready now .
