Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  • 1 cups malai


  • 1 cups sugar,powdered


  • 230 ml milk


  • 1/2 cups chopped almonds and cashews


  • 4 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Sieve the wheat flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder and keep aside.
  • In a bowl add malai, sugar, milk, vanilla essence mix well.
  • Now mix flour in it.
  • Grease the mould with butter.
  • Pour the batter in mould.
  • Bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes sprinkle some tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits in it.
  • Again bake for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes again sprinkle left over tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits.
  • Now again bake it for 15 minutes.
  • Now check it with toothpick.
  • Our dry fruit loaf cake is ready now .
  • Enjoy it.
