Break the cookies into small pieces and keep it in a bowl.
Line a tray using butter paper and keep aside.
Now take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and melt it by putting it into microwave for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Next add more than half of the quantity of broken cookies into it and mix immediately.
After that take a spoonful o mixture and place on the lined tray keeping a distance of one inch.
Place the remaining mixture in a same manner in a row as well as in column.
Now same way melt white chocolate and mix remaining cookie pieces.
Now take spoonful of this mixture and place in the gap of two chocolate mixtures and such way that it fill all the gaps and make a big size bark.
After that take a tooth pick and make swirls by mixing both the chocolate mixtures.
Now keep the tray in refrigerator for an hour.
After that take out the tray and break the big bark into small pieces and they are ready to be served.
