Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Digestive biscuits big packets 5 nos

  • Melted Butter 100 gms

  • Rainbow sprinkler packet 1 nos

  • Cream cheese `600 gms

  • Amul Cream 250 ml

  • Sugar 5 tbsp

  • Gelatin 4 tsp

  • Yoghurt Thick 1/2 cups

  • Food colours (pink,blue,purple,yellow) 3-4 drop

    Grind biscuit with some rainbow sprinkler in a mixer.add melted butter.

    Arrange a layer of above mixture in a round baking tin on the base as well as on the walls.keep refrigerated for half hour

    Mix cream cheese,amul cream,sugar,yoghurt with an electric beater.

    Add gelatin to 3 tbs hot water and let it sit for 10 mins.

    Add this water to above mixture.divide the mixture in 5 bowls equally.

    Add the pink colour to one bowl,purple to another,yellow to third bowl,blue to fourth bowl

    Add pink coloured mixture to baking tin on top of the biscuit layer.refrigerate for half hour.

    Then add blue coloured layer on top of pink coloured layer.refrigerate for half hour.

    Repeat same for yellow, purple and white layer.

    Then put rainbow sprinkler on top and take it out of the baking tin carefully.
