Seive together all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and castor sugar.
Mix melted ice cream to flour mixture.
Add glycerin to the batter.
Pour the batter in a greased small cake mould and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool and cut thin slices of cake.
Cut the slices into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
Insert a toothpick in each cake pop.
Heat heavy cream and pour it over chopped dark chocolate and make a smooth ganache.
Dip each cake pop in prepared chocolate ganache and roll in colorful sprinklers.
