  • 3/4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp castor sugar

  • 1 cups butterscoth ice cream

  • 1 cups dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 tsp glycerin


  • Seive together all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and castor sugar.
  • Mix melted ice cream to flour mixture.
  • Add glycerin to the batter.
  • Pour the batter in a greased small cake mould and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Cool and cut thin slices of cake.
  • Cut the slices into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
  • Insert a toothpick in each cake pop.
  • Heat heavy cream and pour it over chopped dark chocolate and make a smooth ganache.
  • Dip each cake pop in prepared chocolate ganache and roll in colorful sprinklers.
