Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Boiled spaghetti or noodles 1 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Butter 4 tbsp

  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp

  • Unibic Spaghetti Cutlets unibic oatmeal digestive cookies 10 nos

  • Grated Paneer 250 gms

  • Green Chillies ,chopped 2 nos

  • Chopped fresh corriander (dhania) 1 tbsp

  • Bread Crumbs 1/2 cups

  • Oil for deep frying 2 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

Directions

    Grind the unibic oatmeal cookies to a fine powder.

    Melt the butter in a thick vessel and add wheat flour and unibic cookie powder and cook for 1 minute on a medium flame

  • 03

    Add the milk and stir, and keep stirring until the mixture becomes like a dough.

    Crumble 200 gms paneer and add to the dough and mix well.

  • 05

    Cool and add the spaghetti, green chillies, coriander, 200 grams paneer and salt and mix very well.

    Take lemon sized dough and make a patty.

    Mix cornflour and 2 tablespoons of water and make a slurry.

  • 08

    Dip all the patties in this slurry one by one then roll in bread crumbs.

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour.

    Take out on absorbent paper

  • 11

    Place some crumbled paneer in the centre of the balls and garnish with ketchup and coriander leaves.

    Serve with tomato ketchup and green chilly sauce.

  • 13

    Delicious and healthy starter is ready to relish.
