Preheat oven to 200°C and grease the individual ramikins with butter.
Beat butter and sugar together till it turns creamy.
To it beat in the eggs one by one till completely combined.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt.
First add dry ingredients(flour and salt)
Then add milk and vanilla essence and then end with the dry ingredients.
Mix completely till forms a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the ramikins and place in preheated oven for 20min or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For ganache, heat the cream till bubbles begin to appear at top and pour over the chocolate and mix.
Take out the cakes from the oven and allow to cool in ramikins.
Once cooled place it upside down on a wire rack and pour the ganache over it.
Decorate with biscuits, cornflakes or peanut butter.
