Eggless Chocolate Cake With Hershey's Syrup Using Microwafe

Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups plain flour


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder


  • 2 tbsp sour curd


  • 1/4 tsp soda-bi-card


  • 1/4 cups melted butter


  • 1/3 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/2 tsp black currant essence

Directions

  • Sieve the flour and cocoa powder. Keep aside.
  • Mix together the xurds and soda-bi-carb in a bowl and keep aside
  • Heat 1/2 cup of water by microwaving on high for 1 minute
  • Combine the butter, sugar and 1/2 cup of hot water in another bowl and whisk well
  • Add the curds, flour and vanilla essence and mix to make a smooth batter of dropping consistency
  • Put the mixture in a heart shape greased mould
  • Microwave on high for 4 minutes
  • Remove from the microwave, cool slightly and unmould
  • Cover the cake by pouring Hershey's syrup on it and used dairymilk shots and choco chips
