Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Plain Flour 1 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

  • Drinking Chocolate Powder 2 tbsp

  • Sour Curd 2 tbsp

  • Soda-bi-card 1/4 tsp

  • Melted Butter 1/4 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 1/3 cups

  • Black Currant Essence 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Sieve the flour and cocoa powder. Keep aside.

    Mix together the xurds and soda-bi-carb in a bowl and keep aside

  • 03

    Heat 1/2 cup of water by microwaving on high for 1 minute

  • 04

    Combine the butter, sugar and 1/2 cup of hot water in another bowl and whisk well

  • 05

    Add the curds, flour and vanilla essence and mix to make a smooth batter of dropping consistency

  • 06

    Put the mixture in a heart shape greased mould

  • 07

    Microwave on high for 4 minutes

  • 08

    Remove from the microwave, cool slightly and unmould

  • 09

    Cover the cake by pouring Hershey's syrup on it and used dairymilk shots and choco chips
