  • For chocolate sauce:chopped dark chocolate 1 cups

  • Milk 1/4 cups

  • Other.. brownies 2 nos

  • Vanilla Ice-Cream Scoops 2 nos

  • For Chocolate Brownie.... Maida 1/4 cups

  • Wheat Flour 1/4 cups

  • Dahi 2 tbsp

  • Soda-bi-carb 1/4 tsp

  • Melted Butter 1/4 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 5 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp

  • Parle-g biscuits crushed 6 nos

  • Butter for Greasing 1 tbsp

  • Hot Water 1/2 cups

    For making chocolate Brownie.... Sift both flours and cocoa powder together and keep aside

    Now take another bowl combine curd and soda-bi-card and mix well

    Now take another bowl in it take melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and hot water and whisk well

    Now in 3rd step Mixture add curd-soda mixture and whisk well

    Add flour-cpcoa mixture in it and crushed biscuits and whisk well to form it in dropping consistency

    Now grease a micro safe bowl with butter

    Pour the batter in the bowl set evenly

    Bake it in micro on high for 5 minutes

    Keep it out for cool and after cooled turn out and unmould it in a dish

    Serve it after cutting in cubes or triangle or whatever you want

    For sizzling brownie with vanilla Ice-Cream and chocolate sauce... For chocolate sauce.... Take chopped Chocolates and milk in a vessel and cook on gas till it melts and mix well stir continuously so that it dont gets burn and as its ready off the flame and keep aside

    Now take sizzler plate and keep on full high flame on till its red hot

    Now pour 2 tbsp chocolate sauce on it spread evenly

    Now keep a brownie on it

    Again pour 2 tbsp chocolate sauce on brownie

    Now keep a vanilla scoop on brownie

    Again pour 2 tbsp chocolate sauce on vanilla

    Serve immediately
