Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 2/3 cups powdered sugar


  • 3/4 cups finely grated carrot


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups yoghurt


  • 2 tbsp almonds


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp hershey's chocolate syrup,or to taste


  • 2 tbsp cardamom powder


  • 2 cups salt(for baking)

Directions

  • Add 2 cuos salt in the cooker, than keep the wire stand on it and close the lid keep it for pre-heat
  • Now take a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, cardamon powder, salt, almonds, baking powder and baking soda and mix well
  • Now take another small bowl add yogurt and oil and whisk well
  • Now grease the cake pan with oil
  • Now mix both the dry ingredients batter and wet ingredients batter together and add grated carrot and whisk well
  • If the batter is too thick you can add milk to the batter to bring it to the dropping consistency
  • Now divide the batter into 2 parts in 2 seperate bowls
  • Now add Hershey's chocolate syrup to 1 portion of the batter and whisk well to turn it to chocolaty colour
  • Now take the cake pan pour the orange-white batter in middle of the pan just 1 tbsp
  • Now pour the chocolaty batter 2 tbsp in the middle of the white batter
  • Now again pour white batter in the middle of the chocolaty batter
  • Repeat thus step till the batter gets finished
  • Now keep this cake pan in the cooker and try to set in between/middle part of the cooker to/for even bake
  • Bake it on low-medium flame for about 25 to 35 minutes
  • After that check it with a toothpick if it comes out clean than it is ready; if not than keep it for some more minutes
  • Now take out the cake pan and keep it
  • Now with the help of a knife try to unmould the cake from sides and turn the pan into a dish and see the effect
  • You can serve this carrot cake with tea/coffee pr as it it
  • Lovely winter special Carrot cake is so yummy that ypu wont stop yourself. Carrot is a king master for this.
