Grease bottom of pan with butter and place butter paper on top.
Whisk together egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, till it turns light yellow in colour.
Add vanilla essence and lime zest and whisk again.
Keep it aside.
Whisk egg whites and vinegar together.
Then add the remaining sugar to it.
Fold in the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture.
Pour it into the greased pan
Bake at 200 °C for 25min
For frosting, add gelatin to cold water and keep aside for one min
Microwave gelatin mix for one min
Pour it into whipping cream, sugar and vanilla while beating continously.
Beat till stiff peaks form.
Apply on the cake and pipe at the sides.
Garnish with cut fruits and serve.
