Take maida, baking powder & baking soda in a vessel. Sieve through to another vessel. This is to give an even mix of all. Take the above mix in a wide open vessel and take a whisk (I hand whisked them). Add sugar powder, condensed milk, dates syrup, and whisk slowly. Whisk for solid 5 minutes in both clockwise and anticlock wise direction. Put a cooker with sand bed for 3/4 inch and leave in high flame for 10 minutes .Once the batter ready take an aluminum baking vessel apply butter on the walls, dust maida. Pour prepared batter and tap the vessel. Sprinkle choco chips, butterscotch chips & chocolate strands. Put a stand on the sand bed, place batter in it and reduce flame to medium and cover the cooker. Leave for 30 minutes. No need for whistle. Just cover the cooker. Open the cooker after 30 minutes and prick with clean dry knife to check if the cake is ready. If the knife comes out clean your cake is ready. Remove vessel with a holder. Run knife through walls of the vessel to separate cake from vessel. Place a plate on top of the baking vessel and turn it upside down. Your cake will drop out then turn it right side top, slice it and enjoy.
