Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour


  • 4 nos ripe bananas


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2/3 cups oilive oil


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 10-12 nos walnut pieces(halved)


  • 1 tbsp choco chips

Directions

  • Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork.
  • Add sugar and olive oil.Mix properly till sugar melts and smooth mixture is formed.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix.
  • Sieve wheat flour,baking powder and baking soda together.
  • Add to the banana mix.
  • Fold and form a batter.Can add a spoon or two of water to get right consistency of batter.
  • Add some walnuts also.
  • Pour the batter in a greased cake tin and top with remaining walnuts.
  • Sprinkle the chocochips also.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick whether cake is cooked.
  • Let it cool and then remove from mould.
  • Cut into pieces and enjoy this healthy guiltfree cake.
