Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups
Ripe Bananas 4 nos
Sugar 1/2 cups
Oilive Oil 2/3 cups
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Walnut Pieces(halved) 10-12 nos
Choco Chips 1 tbsp
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork.
Add sugar and olive oil.Mix properly till sugar melts and smooth mixture is formed.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Sieve wheat flour,baking powder and baking soda together.
Add to the banana mix.
Fold and form a batter.Can add a spoon or two of water to get right consistency of batter.
Add some walnuts also.
Pour the batter in a greased cake tin and top with remaining walnuts.
Sprinkle the chocochips also.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check with a toothpick whether cake is cooked.
Let it cool and then remove from mould.
Cut into pieces and enjoy this healthy guiltfree cake.
