First of all chrush unibic choco ripple cookies in mixie , in to a coarse powder
In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, baking soda, milk and coarsely crushed cookies
Mix well in one direction
Preheat steamer or idli maker as usuall with some water
Grease idli moulds with some oil and pour batter in it
Close the lid and microwave for 5 to 8 minutes on highest temperature
Or staem on gas stove as usual approximately for 15 to 20 minutes
I did it microwave in just few minutes , it's a fast and easy way
Optionally , you can place some dry fruits too on top of idli cakes before steaming
