Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Jowar flour 1 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp

  • Butter 4 tbsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Fresh Curd 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla Essence 8-10 drop

  • Darck Chocolate 1/2 cups

  • Cream 1/2 cups

Directions

    Sieve jowar flour,baking powder and cocoa powder together.

    Whisk melted butter,milk and curd together.

  • 03

    Add powdered sugar to this liquid mix.

  • 04

    Add dry ingredients to this mixture and mix with cut and fold method.

    Add 2 spoons water if required to adjust consistency of batter.

    Add vanilla essence and mix.

    Pour the batter in a greased cake tin.

    Keep in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.

    Check with a toothpick whether it is cooked or keep for 5 minutes more.

    Let the cake cool down.Remove from cake tin.

    Prepare ganache by melting cream for a minute in microwave or double boiler method.

    Add chopped choclate to this hot cream ..Cover and keep for 2 minutes.

    Stir to get nice and glossy ganache.

  • 14

    Pour this on cake and spread evenly.

  • 15

    Sprinkle some coloured sprinkles and decorate the cake.

    Cut and enjoy this glutenfree cake.
