Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Suji 1 cups

  • Milk 1/3 cups

  • Curd 3 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1/4 cups

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Tutti Fruitti 3 tbsp

Directions

    Grease a cake pan and keep aside. Preheat oven at 180° for 10 mins.

    In a bowl add the curd and baking soda and mix well till smooth. Keep aside.

    Heat the milk but do not bring to boil. Remove from heat.

    Add the hot milk in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and suji, stir and mix well. Let it stand for 5-10 mins.

    Add the curd, baking powder and oil to the suji milk mixture and fold them gently and incorporate them well.

    Dust the tutti fruitti with 1/2 tsp of flour. Add them to the mixture and fold gently. Garnish with tutti fruitti.

    Bake for 35-40 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean.

    Remove from oven and let it stand for cool down and invert. Cut and serve.
