take the unibic chocolate nut cookies and unibic digestive biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin till coarsely powdered.
Transfer to a bowl, add chopped pistachios and cranberries to it.
Take a saucepan, heat butter in it.
Add sugar and keep whisking till the sugar dissolves.
Add cocoa powder, mix it well.
Add chopped chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.
Add milk to give it a smooth consistency.
Pour this chocolate mixture over the crushed biscuits and mix till well combined.
When it slightly cools transfer the mixture to a cling film and roll it into a log and flattening the sides so that it gives round edges.
Wrap it tightly and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours for it to set well.
Wrap from cling wrap, dust it with cocoa powder or icing sugar and slice and enjoy.
