mix all the dry ingrediants in a bowl
in another bowl, beat burd, malai and sugar until the sugar dissolves
add the dry mix, essence, tutti frutti and milk
keep aside for 5 minutes
if required add more milk and make a smooth batter
pour this batter into a greased bakin tin and bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes
once done, remove from oven and cool on wire rack
then cut in slices and serve
