Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 3/4 cups semolina lightly grinded


  • 1/4 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1/4 cups malai/ cream


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2-3 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/4 tsp orange essence


  • 1/2 cups warm milk

Directions

  • mix all the dry ingrediants in a bowl
  • in another bowl, beat burd, malai and sugar until the sugar dissolves
  • add the dry mix, essence, tutti frutti and milk
  • keep aside for 5 minutes
  • if required add more milk and make a smooth batter
  • pour this batter into a greased bakin tin and bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes
  • once done, remove from oven and cool on wire rack
  • then cut in slices and serve
