  • Aata 1 1/2cup


  • Sugar 1cup


  • Egg 3Nos


  • Refined oil 1/2 cup


  • Grated carrot 1/2cup


  • Vanilla essence 1/2tspn


  • Baking soda 1/2tspn


  • Baking powder 1/2tspn


  • Whipping cream 1cup


  • Icing sugar 1cup


  • Vanilla essence 1/2tspn


  • Food colour 4drops

Directions

  • Take all dry ingredients and mix together.In a separate pan mix egg,oil and beat together.Now add carrot and mix them and add dry ingredients and mix them together.grease a cake tin and pour the cake batter and bake the cake for 30min in a preheated oven on 180°C
  • Beat a whipping cream in a bowl and add food colour and icing sugar to them.And mix vanilla essence..Icing is ready
  • Now takeout the cake and decorate it with your choice of icing
