Take all dry ingredients and mix together.In a separate pan mix egg,oil and beat together.Now add carrot and mix them and add dry ingredients and mix them together.grease a cake tin and pour the cake batter and bake the cake for 30min in a preheated oven on 180°C
Beat a whipping cream in a bowl and add food colour and icing sugar to them.And mix vanilla essence..Icing is ready
Now takeout the cake and decorate it with your choice of icing
