Ingredients

unibic choco nut cookies 75 gms
Whole wheat flour 1 cups
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dark Chocolate Chunks 3/4 cups
Eggs 2 nos
Vegetable Oil 1/2 cups
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cups
Chocolate Shavings 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cups
Directions
First sieve together the wholewheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt three times. Keep this mixture aside.
Then take 1/4 cup vegetable oil and the dark chocolate chunks and melt it. You may either microwave it at 640 degree Celsius for 1 minute, stirring in between twice. Or you may use the double boiling method.
Allow it to cool completely.
Then beat the eggs until fluffy.
Next add the sugar and vanilla essence and beat well.
Then add the remaining 1/4 cup oil and mix well.
Next add in the melted chocolate and mix.
Now add the sifted flour mixture in parts, slowly into the wet ingredients.
Add milk in between.

Finally add half of the roughly chopped UNIBIC choco nut cookies into the brownie batter.
Now grease and line a baking tin.
Transfer the brownie mix into the greased pan.
Add the remaining UNIBIC choco nut cookie pieces on top of the batter.
Add the chocolate shavings too on the top.

Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius and bake the brownies for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool and then slice them.
