12 nos assorted unibic biscuits
1/2 cups cream
6 piece orange
12 nos apple slices
12 nos banana slices
2 tbsp pomegranate
12 nos mango slices
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
Directions
Thinly sliced the apple, banana and mango. Keep aside.
Peel the oranges peices carefully and take out the segments only without breaking them. Slice them into halves.
Take the unibic biscuits and start layering the apple, banana, mango and orange segments one after the other.
Whisk the cream and with the help of pipping bag, pip it on top of the fruit layers.
Garnish with pomegranate and chocolate syrup and serve.
