Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 1/2 cups rava


  • 1 cups curd


  • 3 tbsp water


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 nos potato,small


  • 4-5 nos beans


  • 1 nos carrot,medium


  • 1/2 nos capsicum


  • 2-3 nos cauliflower florets


  • 1 nos onion,small


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1 nos peanuts,handful


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add rava and curd and mix well and keep aside for 15mins.
  • Cut all the vegetables in small cubes.
  • Chop the onion and grate the ginger
  • Now add all the veggies, onion and grated ginger to the rava mix and mix well. also add salt and sugar
  • If it seems to be dry then add 3 tbsp of water to it.
  • Now add soda and baking powder to it and mix
  • Preheat the oven for 19mins in 200 degree Celsius
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard, cumin and sesame seeds to it and let them crackle
  • Now add this temper to the rava and mix well
  • Line a baking tin with butter paper and pour the above batter in it. Tap on the platform twice.
  • Now bake it 35 mins in 180 degree Celsius or until toothpick comes clean
  • When done keep on a wire rack to cool.
