Ingredients
Serves 5
Rava 1 1/2 cups
Curd 1 cups
Water 3 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cups
Potato,small 1 nos
beans 4-5 nos
Carrot,medium 1 nos
capsicum 1/2 nos
Cauliflower florets 2-3 nos
Onion,small 1 nos
ginger 1 inch
Mustard 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds 1 1/2 tsp
Peanuts,handful 1 nos
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Directions
In a mixing bowl add rava and curd and mix well and keep aside for 15mins.
Cut all the vegetables in small cubes.
Chop the onion and grate the ginger
Now add all the veggies, onion and grated ginger to the rava mix and mix well. also add salt and sugar
If it seems to be dry then add 3 tbsp of water to it.
Now add soda and baking powder to it and mix
Preheat the oven for 19mins in 200 degree Celsius
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard, cumin and sesame seeds to it and let them crackle
Now add this temper to the rava and mix well
Line a baking tin with butter paper and pour the above batter in it. Tap on the platform twice.
Now bake it 35 mins in 180 degree Celsius or until toothpick comes clean
When done keep on a wire rack to cool.
