Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 145 gms butter


  • 375 gms castor sugar


  • 3 nos eggs


  • 315 gms flour


  • 300 ml butter milk


  • 3 gms salt


  • 7 ml vinegar


  • 7 gms baking soda


  • 1/2 cups icing sugar


  • 1 cups cream cheese


  • 1/4 tsp red food colour

Directions

  • Mix butter and castor sugar with a hand mixer. When it is smoth, add eggs one by one to butter mixture. Mix till it comes fluffy. Strain flour, baking soda and salt and keep aside. Add flour mixture
  • to the cake mixture. Add butter milk , red food colour, vineger to the cake mixture. Transfer this mixture to the baking tray. Bake in a preheat heat oven for 45 minutes at 180 degree. Once the cake is cooked ,cool it and slice horizontal into 3 pieces. Combine cream cheese with icing sugar. Place one slice of cake in at tray . Apply frosting on cakein a thin layer. Sandwich with 2 nd layer. Repeat the process. Spread frosting with whole cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries and little cake crumbs.
