Ingredients

  • Semolina 1 1/2 cups

  • Maida 1/2 cups

  • Sugar Powder 1 cups

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Tutty Fruity 2 tbsp

  • Chocolate Waffy Roles 20 piece

  • Strawberry waffy role 20 piece

  • Cherry for garnish 2 piece

  • Coloured vermicelly 2 tbsp

  • Chocolate Vermicelly 1 tbsp

  • Whipped Cream 2 cups

  • Pink Food Colour 2 drop

  • Green Food Colour 1 drop

Directions

    In a mixing bowl add curd,sugar powder,oil and mix well till sugar melt

    Now add semolina,maida,half milk and mix well rest it for 15 min.

    Now add rest of milk,baking soda,baking powder and make lumpy mixture

    Pore the batter in greasing and dusting bowl

    Preheat oven for 10 min.

    Sprinkle tutifruity on batter

    Bake the cake on 180 for 20 to 25 MIN.

    Let it cool

    Then unmould the cake

    Apply whipped cream all over cake

    Arrange alternate waffy role on cake sides

    Sprinkle vermicelly on it

    Mix green colour in whipped cream and pore it in piping bag

    Mix pink color in whipped cream and pore it in piping bag

  • 15

    Make flower from pink whipped cream and put it on cake,make leaves from green whipped cream,put cherry in between rose

    Chilld for hour
