Directions
Grind the unibic choco chip cookies into a fine powder.
For the filling mix all the ingredients listed in a mixing bowl and keep aside.
Mash the paneer/cottage cheese very nicely, If the paneer is very grainy you can pulse it in mixie for a couple of seconds.
Now in a mixing bowl add crumbled paneer, milk powder, powdered /cookies, coffee, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, sugar, ghee and mix thoroughly.
Now add milk very little at a time and keep mixing until it forms a thick mixture like a chapati dough.
Take a big walnut sized ball from the dough and flatten it.
Make a cavity in the centre and fill 1/4th teaspoon of the nutty mixture.
Now gather the dough and seal from all sides very smoothly giving the shape of a modak.
Make all modaks in the same way.
Keep them in refrigerator for about an hour and they are ready to serve.
Garnish with sprinklers and chocolate syrup if you like and serve with love.
My tip These modaks stay good for a week when refrigerated
