sieve flour and milk powder, keep aside
in a mixing bowl mix curd, sugar, baking powder and soda, leave this mixture for 5 minutes
then add cinamon powder and mix well
add dry mixture and milk alternatively, keep mixing
now add oil and mix well
finally fold in carrots and 2 tbsp of walnuts
the batter should be smooth flowing batter
pour the batter into a greased tin and sprinkle the remaining walnuts on the top
tap down the tin once and place the tin in the preheated oven and bake at 180c for 30 minutes
once done, remove from the oven and cool completely
slice it and serve or store in an air tight container
