First of all grate apples n ginger.
cream butter n sugar together in a deep pan .
Add eggs n 1/2cup of cream to it and blend
Gradually add flour to this egg mixture.
Blend grated ginger n apples to it .
Grease a cake tin and dust flour to avoid sticking the cake in the bottom
Add baking powder n apple cider vinegar one by one.
Blend once again and pour the mixture over the prepared cake tin.
Bake on 150 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Till your cake get baked prepare chocolate icing by heating the cream.
Pour the warm cream over the chocolate brick n whisk to prepare smooth chocolate icing.
As the cake gets baked cool it down on wire rack for 15 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes cover with icing and serve.
