sieve the dry ingredients
in another bowl mix eggs and powdered sugar and add oil,milk,and sieved dry ingradients
Prepare the cooker with salt and pre heated
Put a lid on it.and place a pan over it
Put individual muffins holder or hafly cut paper glass on it
Put muffins liners and pour batter .do not use washers.
Cook for 15 min
Check with tooth pick..and serve with vanila frostings and chocolates...
