Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/4 cups milk powder


  • 1/4 cups grated paneer


  • 1/4 cups butter


  • 3/4 cups powder sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cups milk

Directions

  • sift flour, cornflour, milk powder, baking powder and soda together
  • in a bowl, beat butter, cardamom powder, paneer and sugar until fluffy
  • add dry mixture and milk
  • beat again to make a smooth batter
  • pour into a greased tin and sprinkle nuts
  • bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes
  • remove from oven and let it cool on wire rack
