Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cups

  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

  • Milk Powder 1/4 cups

  • Grated Paneer 1/4 cups

  • Butter 1/4 cups

  • Powder Sugar 3/4 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Mixed Nuts 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

Directions

    sift flour, cornflour, milk powder, baking powder and soda together

  • 02

    in a bowl, beat butter, cardamom powder, paneer and sugar until fluffy

  • 03

    add dry mixture and milk

  • 04

    beat again to make a smooth batter

  • 05

    pour into a greased tin and sprinkle nuts

  • 06

    bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes

  • 07

    remove from oven and let it cool on wire rack
