Ingredients

  • Soaked chana dal 1 bowls

  • ginger 1 tsp

  • Cumin 1 tsp

  • chopped garlic 2 tsp

  • Green Chili 2 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Amchoor 1 tsp

  • Whole Wheat Dough 2 bowls

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 5 nos

  • Mustard 1 tsp

  • Green Chili 2 nos

Directions

    Grind chanadal with 2 table spoon water and garlic,ginger ,comin , salt turmeric ,and red chilli powder ,make a smooth paste

    Add amchoor and salt mix well

    Roll a lemon size ball and put 1table spoon mixture in the center

    Fold like gujhia

  • 05

    Make all fara like this

    Steam all fara

  • 07

    Cool down

    Cut into pieces

    Take a pan ,heat oil , cracke chillies ,masturd, curry leaves add fara in it .soute little.till crispi.

    Serve with hot ghee
