Ingredients

  • 1 bowls soaked chana dal


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 2 tsp chopped garlic


  • 2 nos green chili


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp amchoor


  • 2 bowls whole wheat dough


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 2 nos green chili

Directions

  • Grind chanadal with 2 table spoon water and garlic,ginger ,comin , salt turmeric ,and red chilli powder ,make a smooth paste
  • Add amchoor and salt mix well
  • Roll a lemon size ball and put 1table spoon mixture in the center
  • Fold like gujhia
  • Make all fara like this
  • Steam all fara
  • Cool down
  • Cut into pieces
  • Take a pan ,heat oil , cracke chillies ,masturd, curry leaves add fara in it .soute little.till crispi.
  • Serve with hot ghee
