Whole wheat flour 1 cups
Powdered oats 1/2 cups
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Flavour-less Oil 1/2 cups
Milk 1 cups
Sieve flour, oats, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda 3 times.
In a bowl take oil and sugar and mix them well enough to form a paste.
Now add vanilla essence and milk in the oil and sugar mixture to form a fomy paste.
When the fomy paste is formed add sived mixture to it. And beat well to form a blended paste.
Now transfer this blended paste into a greased and dusted mould and keep it into the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
When it's properly baked keep it out of the oven and let it cool.
Now cut the cake inyi two equal halves and spread sugar syrup on one and apply whipped cream then place the another half on it and repeat the same process.
Spread cream all over and decorate it with your favorite biscuits and munchies.
