Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups powdered oats


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cups flavour-less oil


  • 1 cups milk

Directions

  • Sieve flour, oats, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda 3 times.
  • In a bowl take oil and sugar and mix them well enough to form a paste.
  • Now add vanilla essence and milk in the oil and sugar mixture to form a fomy paste.
  • When the fomy paste is formed add sived mixture to it. And beat well to form a blended paste.
  • Now transfer this blended paste into a greased and dusted mould and keep it into the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  • When it's properly baked keep it out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Now cut the cake inyi two equal halves and spread sugar syrup on one and apply whipped cream then place the another half on it and repeat the same process.
  • Spread cream all over and decorate it with your favorite biscuits and munchies.
