Grind biscuits with butter in a mixer and press well in an even layer in a springform pan. and refrigerate it. till its firm.
Beforehand prepare your healthy creamcheese by grinding full fat paneer with yogurt till its a silky smooth mixture. its better to prepare this a day before for a better texture.
Add some mango puree and sugar in the cream cheese and mix again well. Pour this mixture on the set biscuit base.
Mix gelatine in water and let it bloon. Grind this mixture with little mango puree till smooth. Pur over the creamcheese mixture. And let it set.
Refrigerate for atleast 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh cut mango and mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
