Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups flatten rice flakes


  • 1/2 cups peanut


  • 1/2 cups green pea


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped green chili


  • 30 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry peanut in it
  • Add cumin ,masturd ,curry leaves, allow to crackle
  • Add onion fry little
  • Add chillies
  • Meanwhile wash chiwda and drain all water and allow to dry
  • Now add red chilli powder , turmeric ,and salt in onion
  • Stir little add chiwda in it
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame .keep stirring
  • Add lemon juice and chopped corriander leaves to garnish
