wash the karelas thoroughly and using a knief scrape the skin
make a slit in the karelas and sprinkle salt
keep aside for 30-45 minutes
then squeeze the karela and wash with water
squeeze out all the water from karela
in a bowl mix all the filling ingrediants, filling is ready
stuff the split karelas with the filling
heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai
add karela and cover the pan
let it cook for about 5 minutes on low flame
turn the karelas over to the uncooked side and cook for 5 more minutes
repeat this process until all sides of the karelas are cooked
remove the lid and transfer the karelas in a serving plate
sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve
